Braveheart Bulliez is a volunteer-powered rescue organization, making our volunteers an essential part of our rescue.  

Our remarkable volunteers are responsible for everything from transporting dogs on their Freedom Rides and to and from vet appointments, planning and organizing our fundraising and adoption events, screening Applications, interacting with our fosters, and a lot of things in between!

Ween courage all new volunteers to come to adoption day events and meet dogs there!   Adoption day is a great way to get to know our dogs as well as some of the other volunteers and foster families!   And yes, we encourage kids to get involved too in helping in any way that they can!

How can you volunteer?

Are you a photographer or videographer or have PR skills or Event planning skills? Great with computers or digital creative work? A marketing or journalism student? A natural salesperson?

We can use your skills and talent to help save dogs and find them FURever homes!  No matter if you want to be hands-on or you would like to help from home, we have volunteer opportunities for you!

Just a few of the different ways you can help us help save more dogs:

• Hands-On with our Dogs!  Lend a hand during adoption days and other events.
• Take photos and videos of adoptable dogs to create eye-catching content for our bullies!
• Transports:  Transport dogs to events, vet appointments, on their Freedom Rides, etc.
• Contact pet supply companies to solicit product donations – we always need collars, leashes, bandanas, "Adopt Me" vests, etc.
• Event planning & coordination
• Application Screening to ensure all our fosters, adopters and volunteers are “approved."
• Social media moguls to promote and share events, dogs, discover collaborators, etc.
